By accessing or using the Endely app (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Endely grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service solely for the purpose of participating in habit-formation challenges as part of your organization. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To use the Service, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content provided within the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Endely or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the content for the purposes outlined in the app.

Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of a subscription fee. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in our pricing plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Endely reserves the right to modify its pricing and subscription plans at any time, with prior notice to users.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Endely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Endely makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Service’s functionality or performance. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Norway.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
